Issue Report: Mouse off in TF2 menu
In the menu of TF2 the actual click and hoovering "point" is very off from where the pointer is drawn. The clicking point is left and above where the pointer is so I can only reach the highest three rows in the menu (highest four buttons).

I'm using standard 64bit Ubuntu 12.10 with Unity. Two monitors (whit different resolution if that matters).

Is TF2 running fullscreen? If so, on which monitor? And can you provide info about the resolutions of your two monitors? Thanks.

I have a smiliar setup only I'm using the older beta drivers from AMD. TF2 is running on a very small window (~250x500). I have two screens, 1920x1200 (main) and 1650x1080 (2nd, on top aligned to right edge). Also the TF2 window always opens on my secondary screen, but it allows me to easily drag it down to my main monitor. I am not able to highlight any other menu items below "SERVERS". System Specs below.

TF2 runs in windowed mode in a very small window.
Laptop display: 1366x768
External: 1680x1050

I have tried on a single display with the same result.
I can't try in fullscreen mode as I can't get to the settings

I figured out how to not have such a small window and this problem went away. You need to set your launch settings for TF2 to something like: "-windowed -height 1650 -width 1080". Instructions on how to do that are here: http://www.nextlevelgamer.com/team-fortress-2/team-fortress-2-launch-options

Once I got a bigger window,I had no issues with the mouse pointer.

Changing resolution in command line worked. Seems like this bug only affect windowed mode in a very small resolution.

I can also replicate this problem every time I run TF2 with default launch options. I can't reach the bottom buttoms, "Quit" "Options," etc., and have to place my cursor below where a button is being drawn to actually click on it.

Only way I had it working was setting launch options to "-window -width 1920 -height 1080"

My second monitor is 16:10 @1920x1200.

I have the same issue with Linux Mint 13 x86_64. I have a 1920x1080 primary display and 1920x1200 secondary display.
TF2 starts at fullscreen on primary at 1080p res, but I can't click the bottom menus such as options or quit. I also cannot advance in Training, etc since that also has bottom buttons.

There is also no way to click these buttons using enter/space (or any other button I have tried) so you can move the highlight with the keyboard directional keys but you cant "click" the button with the keyboard so that keyboard ability is useless.

I am running the latest nvidia experimental 310 driver on a GTX 275.

This is probably because of the different resolutions of your monitors. This has been discussed about a million times now and could be easily found here. Just type in monitor in the search box is enough. :)
