Issue Report: Voice chatting: Push to talk doesn't work
Issue:
Right after installing Steam on my Ubuntu install, I immediately got into a group chat to talk with friends. What I noticed was that, even though I toggled the "Push-to-talk" radio box under Steam settings, it did not use push to talk and instead just automatically streamed my microphone. This happens in user-to-user chat, as well.
