[Minor bug] Big numbers seem to be displayed in US style and are bugged.

Games' pages on library count community contribution in their hubs. But they are displaying in US style (e.g. 13 millions is 13,000,000) and are bugged - commas display as question marks. I'm experiencing this on Ubuntu 12.04 x86 with Unity. If needed, i can provide a screenshot.

System locale: cs_CZ.UTF-8
Steam language: cs_CZ && en_US (Same bug on both languages)
