a petition seems like a bit much, for a game you KNOW is going to come out as soon as it is ready.

Aye, Portal 2 may come out for Linux eventually. Patience is key.

P2 and CS:GO look to be last on the list

A few things I want in order of priority.
1) Hammer for SDK 2013 (so 100% of mod development's possible on Linux).
2) AMD drivers to not be terribad.
3) Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
4) Portal 2.
AC/DC ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!! Aug 5, 2013 @ 7:37pm
Well, here's my predictions for the future:
1) CS:GO will be released in August 21st for Linux( if I remember correctly), since this marks 1 year since launch;
2) Dota 2 will get a massive performance increase and bug fixing soon after TI3;
3) AMD drivers will improve drastically in 1-2 months.

Yeah I agree with amd. My HD7770 runs slower than my nvidia optimus laptop.

just wait, it's question of time. I'am pretty sure

I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for AMD drivers to improve. ATi/AMD have historiclly had bad linux drivers......actually the windows drivers were never that great either. My past experience with them has always been hit or miss.

They did improve the drivers by a lot on Windows drivers in the past 10 years and it seems like Valve finally got them to put some work in the Linux drivers. They actually support a kernel that is only a month old with the beta for once and you won't have to w8 for like half a year if you get a brand new card to actually get 3d acceleration. Performance is getting better, but far from on par with Windows.

On topic: I expect Valve to release betas for Portal 2 and CS:GO in the same week. Dunno when that will happen though, right now they are kind of busy with the Dota 2 Internationals. They have also been working on the Steambox, they were planning to release a prototype before the end of summer. It's still Valve though, so expect things Valve time.

This is so good. I'll wait for Portal 2, I'm going to buy every Valve game that is ported to Linux to support this tradition. Also, I always wanted to complete HL2 and finally, it's the time.

By the way, massive performance increase in DOTA 2 is very, very good news.

AMD Drivers are roumered to be better in Kernel 3.11 as standard when it comes out fully. Also a more serious petition idea. Deep Silver / Whoever owns Saints row franchise?

Nope, but if they did surely they would have got a beta or demo out in the humble bundle if they were interested in it before.
