CS:GO on Linux
Seriously when is it coming out on Linux? I heard rumors back in March about it being tested. Has anyone heard any more recent updates on the status of CS:GO on Linux?

Take it easy, pal. It's coming when it's ready. Nervous people make me nervous.
Just a year ago, Linux users didn't have anything of this. Enjoy what you already have and be patient :)

I'm way more excited than nervous. It's more like the night before christmas and you can't sleep because you know Santa is going to bring you presents.

Valve is revealing some more details about Steambox next week, pehaps it will shed some light on CS:GO release.

I already bought the game, I CANT WAIT. Naw I'm waiting patiently, will be awesome when they port it.

To all the people who are waiting for a native release: CS:GO works amazingly well under WINE. Seriously, no fiddling, no special cases except for multithread rendering being a bit buggy showing static light sources through walls (not mobile: i.e. flashlights, so no cheating possibilities there).
I'm just a little upset that I can't be collecting crates right now since I switched fully to linux. Hopefully the port happens quickly.
