"Assertion Failed: Failed to determine free disk space" on XFS filesystem.

I have a secondary XFS filesystem mounted with "defaults,inode64,users,exec" options. Anytime I am trying to download a game, it stops after some time with a message like:

/home/buildbot/buildslave_steam/steam_rel_client_ubuntu12_linux/build/src/tier1/../tier1/fileio.cpp (2519) : Assertion Failed: Failed to determine free disk space for /mnt/data/games/steam/steamapps/common/Crusader Kings II, error 2

And after that, it is not possible to continue the downloading because the error repeats instantly.

On my home EXT4 filesystem (where Steam main directory is located) all is ok. Do anyone knows how to fix it? Maybe I missed required mount options?

Tried to install Beta Steam client and some symlink/bind-mount magic - without success.

Also it's a XFS patchset was recently merged into master branch of the kernel: http://lkml.indiana.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/1307.1/00889.html It looks hopeful.

The downloading is fixed after last beta update. But all games crash at startup when located at XFS partition.
