CS 1.6 Ubuntu 12.10 - mouse buttons don't respond after ALT+TAB..

After I start cs 1.6 on ubuntu 12.10 if I return to desctop or switch to another window or app mouse buttons don't respond at all times... For example you can't shoot for like... 1 sec.. but that's a lot of time in cs...

I want to point that I can rotate the camera with the mouse... the only problem are the buttons.

And if logout and then in again it's fixed...but every time I press alt+tab to see smth else ... the problem apears again....
I am not sure if it's only cs related... or steam and cs both.... it's not linux because it doesn't do that anywhere else...

I have the same issue. If i use [STRG],[SHIFT] or one of the numbers the mouse buttons dont respond for one second or more.

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (64 Bit)
