Voice in CSS
I can't help but notice that when playing CSS (only linux ported game I play currently) I am unable to use my sound unless the cvar sv_use_steam_voice is set to 1 (Most servers set this cvar to 0 as the newer (I believe SILK, which is the skype codec) has compatability issues with older versions of Windows and any soundboards players may want to have.

Unfortunatly, I'm running into a problem in the opposite direction with Linux. Unless that cvar is set to 1 (to use the new SILK codecs) I cannot speak. No sound comes out at all, nothing.

My question is, what codec does CSS use when the cvar is set to 0 (I think it's Miles, but i'm not sure) and how can I get it working (or even try to) on Linux (As I cannot find the Miles codecs ANYWHERE on the internet.)
