some ID games :)

The Cave is coming this week I think.
Here you have some more games:
All Unreal Tournament games except for 3
All quake games
Dosbox has a linux version so all dosbox games like commander keen and loom can run on linux.
Doom BFG edition was ported by the community
Toki Tori
Braid
MCPixel(I think)
Offspring Fling
Snapshot
Super Meat Boy

Only issue is that Valve is not the one to deside if a game comes to linux, even if it has already been ported. You'll need to contact the publishers for that.

Oil Rush also
Trine 1 was ported to Linux by a 3rd party company and probably won't come to Steam (Frozenbyte said it, in some forum thread)
super meat boy will never come bc the guys who made it are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s who hate linux

What about games that have been open sourced? Like the Marathon Trilogy[source.bungie.org] and Warzone 2100[wz2100.net] for instance, could we expect to see them on Steam?

What? Super Meat Boy is on Linux, so I'm not sure how they can hate it that much. Since it's already on Linux, they might as well bring it to Steam for Linux.

hi, just wanna push this talk up. They just would be selling more if they got more tittles.. it couldn't be so hard, by example Legend of Grimrock already has linux version.. but it isnt on steam.
I know we cant ask for the AAA titles to insta being avaliable for linux. Hope future games to think on this OS but.. the games we already have, must be avaliable on steam if you really want to push this market.
PS: Ohm and i want that faster zombies you mentioned time ago.. ;P

In order to be apart of the humble indie bundle you have to have a linux version. They only ported it to get more sales through the humble bundle. Edmond seems like an ok guy, but the coder of meatboy seems like a butt. Also, why is dungeon defender not on this list? The linux version is super spotty and I don't think it works online at all. It would be awesome if they made a stable linux version for steam.
