Intel VGA, Counter-Strike and VSYNC
How can i disable vsync on Intel VGA? (Dist: Ubuntu 12.04)

In the developer console of the game type:
gl_vsync 0

How are you certain any of these are enforced by your driver upon the game?

I've always (windows too!) forced vsync off in drivers. It's just significantly more reliable*.

EDIT: I should caveat, in my experience.

How much frames per second are you getting right now?

Main menu: 70-80, in game 40-100 fps.. Sometimes i cant shot..

I can not really find anything on disabling it for the Intel drivers.

Try asking on the forums of the distribution that you are using.
