Missing Executables
This is happening for multiple games. Such as Waking Mars, Snapshot and Shank 2. Basically, I will download them onto Linux (Ubuntu), but nothing will actually download. Ok, I think. Maybe it's using files from the Windows 7 that's also on my laptop. But then I open them and it says that they're missing exes. I try to check the integrity of the cache, but then it says that every thing's fine. So then I open up Dolphin, copy and paste the Windows folder of the games to the linux folder of the games, and manually open the games using their .exes. It just gives me an error code.

Some games are working on Linux like FTL. Others wont load. Help?

I am using the latest Ubuntu version.

Why is so hard for people to use the search function on forums? Is MUCH easier than type this hole question. =/

Bushi, what everyon is saying is that only a small handful of games are available for Steam on Linux (so far). Check the link posted above to see which ones are supported. Also, be aware that Steam on Linux is NOT 'translating' the windows code, so some files might be the same as in Windows, but I imagine many are not.

Ok, thank you for the clear up.

I was a bit confused though, as some games showed up on Linux that didn't even work for linux yet lol. Thank you all for your help.
