What are you talking about? Please clarify.
Sounds like he put something up in the steam market place which allows you to trade items for steam wallet funds how ever the catch is its essentially a big trading post and the money you get comes from other players buying your things if no one buys then you dont get paid
no , he want my golden greevil and megakill announcer , so i ask him to pay 35 dollars for trade it , i have saw the system message that tell me , i will get 35 dollars after trade finish , but i cant found it , why ?

I don't mean to offend you but it is very hard to understand what you're saying. If you are saying that you were promised money from a steam trade, there is no way this could be guaranteed and the other person may have stolen from you. This is not a fixable issue; please do not trade with people that promise money. If they have not scammed you, it would likely be in your Paypal account or what ever other online money transacting service you specified.
they can stole my money in steam ?

Well, see, there is no way to guarantee they will give you money. Let's look at it in a real life situation:

A man says he will give you $35 dollars for an item.

You give the man this item.

He runs away and does not give you the money.

You shouldn't make deals with anyone promising they will give you something "after the trade".

Also, I don't really see why this has anything to do with Linux.

É, garoto, você tem que achar um trader de confiança. Depositar grana assim sem garantia é furada, a não ser que o trader já tenha uma ótima reputação (você pode ler os comentários tipo "amazing trader +1).
sorry , can you speak english ?

Dear Garoto

It seems like you traded something for money, wich Steam does not support besides the Steam Market.

If it was a normal trade, there is no system message for that, you have just been scammed

Sorry Garoto, it's that garoto means boy in portuguese, I thought you were from a different country. My bad.

I just said that you need to trade with someone you trust or someone who already has a trading reputaion, profilme comments like "nice trader +1".
That's mean i cant get my golden greevil back ?

Was the transaction through that new Market feature? If so, contact Steam support, not make post on not related forums. If it wasn't through market, but through direct trade, well... You can do nothing about it since Steam has nothing to do with non-Steam trade for cash :)
i trade it in steam , what your meaning of non-steam trade ?

For example, you give item to someone who promise to pay you via paypal or bank transfer :)
The only supported by Valve (and secured) way to sell items for money is through that new Steam feature found in Community tab - Market. And that cash lands in your Steam Wallet.
