Video previews when using the store don't work
I couldn't find this issue from a quick search but it seems like a pretty obvious bug.

When browsing games from the steam store from the steam app videos do not load. The error

You need to have a specific Flash Player installed to view video content in Steam. Please follow these directions to get the right version for Steam.

You will need this Flash player even if you already have the latest player for your default web browser.

Following the directions to download the flash .deb files does not fix the issues (even after restarting steam). Firefox however plays the videos fine.

Could be an issue with arch type. You're running a 64bit system, so I'm guessing the flash player you have is the 64bit install as well. Try getting the 32bit flash libs and see if that works for you. It fixed the issue for me.
