I get the most FPS in Unity, your argument is invalid.
maybe your right, but the Catalyst driver really sux with Gnome/Unity and I have better performance on any other desktop environments
Then don't blame Unity, but your graphics card drivers.
Can you please try the public beta version of the game and see if your problems are fixed.
There are a lot of benchmarks comparisos and even Canonical talk about this problem in the last UDS. They are working on it but they doesn't solved yet.
However, graphic driver are more important than the DE, especially with AMD graphic cards

Some time, I have lag spike(~18FPS) when the game load new animation or texture I think.

EDIT : Recently, I reach average 70 FPS. Maybe because of the last update or the map have less object in last level.

CPU on Ultra, Graphics on High (on Ultra fps drops to 2.5-5)
Though on Win i have Graphics on Ultra and it stays on 20 fps. I think performance increased with a small SeriousSam update yesterday...
