[unsolved but working] Steam Install Error - libsteam.so & resources_all.zip
Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

Running Linux Mint 13 (based on Ubuntu 12.04). Fully updated. Steam ran fine up till I formatted my PC and did a clean reinstall a week ago.

I have no idea what's happened in that time, but everything else runs fine, just not steam. It pops up with the error :

Fatal Error: Failed to load libsteam.so

Any advice would be great, thanks.

This happened to me after a faulty driver install (manuall install).

Did you install via Package Manager or manually?

Well thatsw really odd. I just tried it again (after about 15 tries), and it worked... Hmmmm. This is fraustrating.
