Double Fine Games
Until now I most enjoyed playing the Double Fine games (Brütal Legend, Psychonauts, Stacking) on Linux.
Are there any similar games/studios who make Linux-native games?

Double Fine is pretty unique. There's Klei Entertainment though that, while not exactly making the same kinds of games, also has a lot of games with that interesting indie flavor and most of their portfolio for Linux.

Really enjoyed BL, Costume Quest, Stacking and, now, Psychonauts. Nice stories, great artwork and lot of fun, and full linux and gamepad support. :D

@flesk: I checked Klei Entertainment and didn't seem what I was looking for, Don't Starve looks nice though.

Maybe I should add I also enjoyed playing the Overlord games on xbox, but haven't found anything similar for Linux.
Well, it is always bad to compare things that are not meant to be compared. If you enjoyed three games of a brand it will be hard to compare these with other brands ;)

I personally really like both of the mentioned publishers. And probably it is also good that they are not totally 'equal' to eachother :)

About Overlord:
I did not play that exact game. But there is 'War for the Overworld' currently in development - and available on Steam as early access. Also for Linux in the future - the game already appears under 'Linux' but does not have something startable so far. http://store.steampowered.com/app/230190/ The game is actually a rebuild of it's famous ancestor.

Some other games might work with Wine.
