Dota crashes on hero pick screen

pls fix this fast anyone here have a same problem like mine ?
dota crash when all pick and every time i reconnect it crash again and again
and xp why some of my game end but no exp!

I belive thos goes in the valve games part, but anyway. Run Steam on a temrinal and give us the output so we know what it's the cause of the crash, and low priotrity games don't give you any xp
