Cannot go to online mode on steam
Hello,

I receive an error message whenever I try to log into my steam account

"Could not connect to the Steam network"

It was working fine for many years and out of the blue this message pops up. I have tried to look for solutions, got rid of all start up programs via msconfig and uninstalled my firewall (except the windows defender/firewall). Tried again and nothing worked.

Are there any other suggestions or other options?

Installing 32-bit Ubuntu might help.

Just close this and start a new one.

Had the same problem today. (Today the first time at all) Maybe server problems?
