Assuming all your servers have identical configurations (software and hardware), the one throwing bus errors probably has bad ram. If everything isn't configured identically you may have hardware issues or your combination of software/libraries/hardware has exposed some subtle pointer bug.

If swapping out the ram doesn't fix it you may have a bad north bridge on the mother board.

You should be able to use memtest[www.memtest.org] to check to see if your ram/mb are ok.

Chris.
Thanks for your response.
Dont think ram is the problem or in general the hardware.
The other 8server are starting/working so I think this isnt the reason & we got 24gb ram and just using 4-6gb .

"Bus error" looks very much like a hardware error... Though I can't tell what exactly can be wrong.
