Hello guys.I am runing arch linux now and i have around 3-9 fps in game and 600+ping.On windows i had around 200+ fps and 60-70 ping.My rig is intel i5 something and GTX650

I don't know about the ping, but have you installed your GPU drivers?

yes i installed them. pacman -S nvidia-libgl

That probably only installs 64-bit drivers. I'm not sure, i don't have an nvidia card, still, the first thing I would do is looking for the 32-bit version of the package. In arch, these are preceded with "lib32-" so check if lib32-nvidia stuff is available and installable.

What Dusk of Oolacile said. From the Arch Wiki NVIDIA[wiki.archlinux.org] page:
If you are on 64-bit and also need 32-bit OpenGL support, you must also install the equivalent lib32 package from the multilib repository.

I wonder if you installed all packages with that command. I have nvidia nvidia-libgl nvidia-utils lib32-nvidia-libgl lib32-nvidia-utils. Are these all installed?

if all else fails the '.run' driver installer from Nvidia installs the 32bit gl support. I think it asks you first tho.
