Before submitting a ticket, please be aware of the following:
- We highly recommend deleting and re-creating your in-game profile after patching, as many issues are tied to how the profile is handled in the update.

  • c. Make sure to include as much detail as possible in the Description section, so that we have a clear idea of what you mean. Important things may include
  • d. Anybody that is experiencing performance issues, it would be great if they include the following info / complete the following steps prior to submitting a ticket:
    • Unsubscribe to all mods first -- to keep everyone on the same basis.
    • Their frame rate and how they got the info (fraps, guessing, etc.)
    • How many monitors they have and native resolution of each.
    • Whether they are playing in windowed or full screen mode.
    • What resolution they are playing the game at.
    • Whether they are playing on their primary monitor or secondary monitor.
    • Whether vertical sync option is enabled or not.
    • Whether antialias object shadows is enabled or not.
    • Their dxdiag.txt output. -- mostly care about the first section, graphics, and sound card info. They can strip out all the extraneous stuff.

You may reply to the email confirmation with any attachments (screenshots etc). We unfortunately will not be able to individually reply to every submission, but greatly appreciate your feedback!

I would like that next patch update should add ZOOM IN/OUT camera aka Resolution Change like AoM, AoE3 or AoEO for AOE2 HD.

NO WAY! I hate AOE3 for that, its terrible.

I've changed my version to the beta version (2.4) but when I wanted to play multiplayer again (Changed back to the regular version) all my stats were resetted. I'm at rank 34000+ when I use to be at 3700... Could you please fix this problem? I played like 158 games... Also some of my archievements got resetted. http://d.pr/i/9Dg8

NO WAY! That would change the gameplay, the original gameplay, man!

The 2.4 patch has not fixed Game crashing when I hit the Play button at the menu. Now the only difference is I don't get the "AoE HD has encountered a problem and needs to close" box that would show up after the game crashed with the original AoE HD (pre-patch)
I am running Windows XP.

I wonder? Have you successfully been able to fix the graphical bug with both the Champion and the Paladin? Otherwise I would dearly want you to take a good look at that!

Stats reset for me as well and I didn't even play a multiplayer game. Any way to fix this?

It can be possible to please fix the graphical bug that Champion and Paladins have?

They seem to double the frames in the standing animation, is like the paladin have 2 horse heads and the champion 2 swords.

Thanks in advance.

Some bugs I've been having:

The scroll speed was changed because you guys wanted to make scrolling more fluid. I've been using the same scroll speed since a decade ago and I can't and won't abandon 10 years of familiarity. Perhaps there should be a reset scroll speed to default option, because since the scroll bar is so sensitive, it's not easy to accurately set it back to normal.

Also, in both the 2.4 beta and in 2.3 my options are getting reset every time I start a multiplayer game. I keep having to turn off One-Click Garrisoning, and in the Beta 2.4 I had to turn Two-Click Interface back on. If my options keep getting reset like this, it messes up my gameplay, at the very beginning of the game, no less.

in the editor the triggers are non functional, there is only one option for effect, and cause (or whatever ES called it)

This is a re-post. Should of posted it here but did not see this thread:

I check back every once in awhile to see if there has been an update or improvement on the FPS issue. No improvement for me on the 2.4 Beta.

I decided to download Fraps to see exactly what I was running and in single player I am stuck at 6-7 FPS on fullscreen. Has anyone experienced that bad of frame-rate? Pretty much everything is in super slowmotion and it is unplayable. When I run the old game I am anywhere from 200 - 250 FPS and is super fast.

To try and help I'll post my system specs:

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium - 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20 GHz, 2203 Mhz, 2 Core(s)
Memory (Ram): 4.00 GB
Graphic Card: Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset
Approx total memory: 1759 MB
Current Display Mode: 1680 x 1050 (32bit) (60Hz)

If that helps, let me know if you'd like me to post anything else. I really like the new HD Look and visuals for this game and it would be fun if I ever got it to run properly.

I get a bit higher FPS than you, but it's still unplayable and unresponsive. Tried Beta 2.5, but nothing improved, and I already reported it several times.

Just for the sake of comparison, my specs are:

OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1 - 32 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 2600 with 13.1 drivers (latest)
Memory: 3.00 GB
Display mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit, 60 Hz)

I cant start the game since I opted in to 2.5 beta. Game failed to fully download/update and now it fails to start with "disk read error".
I have deleted the game and downloaded it with and without beta opt-in but it doesnt work - does not finish downloading and fails to start with same error.
