5) Everything acquired from GAIA will always be in the Dark Age tier even if your civ. isn't so this makes it impossible to complete so many campaigns!
Because these are new bugs, came with the new update.
Yes, it fixed but not completely. Just make a saved game on that mission and load it back. So if you want to complete that level or any level with gaia units, you cant save.
It won't happen if you capture those units. Use marco polo at the beginning, see the gaia units, then make a save game and load it back, then see those units again. You can see the same thing on joan of arc mission 2(orleans town buildings)
I can confirm the gaia bug still exists aswell, it's still there in Joan of Arc 6. Making a saved game right at the beginning of the game before capturing gaia units makes them all appear as dark age units next time you load the game, which could be instantly after just making the save.
The problem is also there when using the map editor to design a map. If I set player "gaia" to the "Post Imperial Age" and then spawn a few paladins. When I save the map and restore it later for editing again. All my gaia units have become knights, instead of paladins.
It is definitely some type of saving issue here with gaia units.
Plus I can confirm all the bugs from the top thread all exist aswell^^
The El Cid 5 instant loss when reaching Valencia is super annoying. :(
I feel this is another game breaking patch for everyone that only plays single player. Definitely needs a hot fix soon. A lot of the original campaigns in the game have issues now and the AI are no longer working properly. They only mostly build towers now and hardly ever reach Castle Age.
6. You can't send gold to the mongols on Barbarossa mission 1
7. You can't send gold to Burgundy on Attilla the Hun mission 4
...
Also, as I see the forgotten achievements are working, but their pictures are still missing.
1) William Wallace campaign can be selected correctly
2) AI does not build too many of the same kind of building on hardest difficulty
3) Genghis Khan mission 1 can be completed correctly (Campaigns now have diplomacy enabled)
4) El Cid mission 5 can be completed correctly (Game does not end early before the AI wonder is complete)
5) Montezuma mission 4 can now be completed correctly (Game does not end early saying the wonder has been destroyed)
6) Forgotten campaign map displays correctly in 4:3
