Low FPS 40 to 5

Hi i love this game to be honest.

But i can not Play even with 8 AI Enemies as soon the first units come the Framerate Drops to 5 FPS i don't have the best Computer but seriosly it is basicly a over 10 year old game. And i can Play Dota Fluently and even most newer games. So this schouldn't be a Problem.

Using a Toschiba Sattelite:

Tried putting down the Resolution.
Tried to type -dxlevle80
Turned up the Framerate in Regedit.
Compatiblity Modi to Win 7
Fixed that DPI think

dunno what to do else.

What happens in Game:
- Lags (of course)
- Units not Attacking standing there doing nothing and getting killed.
- Villagers Standing on Buildings like Houses but not Building. Have to give them the Order like 30 times...

Mine is lag as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ too. i7 6700, 960m 8gb ram. what the hell, you shouldn't have touched the game files MS..ffs
