How to build a hotel?

How to build a hotel on a field? My AI oponents are able to do so, I'm not. I can only build normal (green) houses with the plus signs.

Once you get 4 houses, adding another house converts it into a hotel. Works the same as the board game. The only rule is that you can't add an extra house to a property until all properties on that color have same number of houses.
