So basically this is what you do in this game: You burn objects in a fireplace and they drop coins. You buy more objects, burn them and try to find combinations. Sometimes you get a mail from your neighbour with few sentences written to them, and maybe even something new to burn. When you have found enough combinations, you can buy a catalogue with new items to use in combos.

If you expect similar experience than what you got in World Of Goo, you will be disappointed. Only thing common is the artwork, and maybe similar storytelling style. Most of the combinations are easy to figure, and the gameplay portion of Little Inferno is rather short and empty. When you have burned item once and seen the fireworks there is seldom no other reason to burn it than finding combos.

Currently this game is priced 8.99€, and in my opinion it is overpriced. It takes about two hours to finish it and it has little replay value. If you will return to this game, it is either to burn lot of different kinds of junk in fireplace for the heck of it or just to finish the game with "hug coupon". When you know all the combos beforehand there is very little to do anymore.

What about the story? Some people say that this game has the most amazing story ever written in human history. Yes, this game has a message in the end. I am not going to ruin the message, but unlike others I will disagree that this plot is the work of Tolstoy.

Who would I recommend this game? These kinds of games are ideals for tablets and touchscreens. So if you have a tablet or Ipad2 I recommend getting this on them. If you like sandbox and fidgeting games like GMod, Terraria, Kerbal Space Station or such then this game might suit your needs. Though there is very little building in this game, and those who have accustomed to freedom mentioned in previous game won`t be satisfied.

I bought it on sale, played it all in 5 hours while watching football and was pleased. Did you finish it? It takes a "portal" style turn.

I reccommend it.

I think I paid $7.50. Price of a decent cocktail. Not bad for a few hours of entertainment and curiosity. Plus it will be a fun game to leave open when friends are over to wait to see who else starts to go "ohhh...." while playing.

Wow you have looked at this game all wrong, to be honest i wouldent buy this game for the gameplay alone, the story is enough to win me over even though burning stuff in a fireplace is fun as hell, near the end the story gets amazing and has a massive deep meaning!

Not really. Garry`s mod description tells me what it is:"Garry's Mod is a physics sandbox. Unlike regular games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. We give you the tools and leave you to play." Also Garry`s mod has games within a game.

Little inferno does not tell much in its description.

What is wrong with you? Just if you like something does not mean everyone should like the same things. Most of you basically say that the game is good because it has "good and meaningful ending". Ending alone does not make any game the best game ever. Waiting for mail to arrive for 2 minutes is not fun.
