White Screen (again) but with other problem

So i've searched the forums for a solution for the white screen issue and came up with turining off post effects, I did this, white screen has gone, only problem now is that the graphics look completely wrong, light shines way to bright, textures don't render correctly etc. I've checked all the Penumbra games and i'm getting it on them all, I've checked my video drivers and that's all up to date and I also verified my game cache twice, still got the same problem. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? Would be much appreciated.

Set shader quality to low
