Problems to connect online/Problemas com conexão online

I have a weird problem with RE 6(its happens with RE revelations too)when i try to play online,the game dont find any online match,and when i try to create a new online match,the game dont find any user,i need to have a account on RE.NET to play online or this is some kind of problem with the game?,i buy this game by steam its original,and this problems just happens with a piracy copy,someone have this problem and know how to fix,or if have some topic with the answer,can you pass the link?

Eu estou tendo um problema estranho com RE 6 (acontece com RE revelations também) quando eu tento jogar online, o jogo não encontrar qualquer partida online, e quando eu tento criar um nova partida online, o jogo não consegue encontrar qualquer usuário, eu preciso ter uma conta no RE.NET para jogar online ou isso é algum tipo de problema com o jogo, eu comprei este jogo pela STEAM,é original, e esses problemas geralmente só acontece com o jogo pirata, alguém teve esse problema e saber como corrigir, ou se tem algum tópico com a resposta, você pode passar o link?
