Will it survive?
I actually have some doubts, that this game will be long for sale, because it has many copyrighted stuff in it,and some of these is from very big companies.
(well,I'm not sure,I don't live in english contries,so I have no idea how they deal with it [I was not going to offend someone])

And why do you think that Mac Pixel's developpers haven't paid those copyrights ?

I'm not sure,but I don't think getting a permission is cheap. (but then again,I never made a full game,so I should shut up. :3)

a) McPixel has only one developer, named Mikolaj Kaminski
b) You can refer to things without infringing copyrights, but I can see why you worry about this game's existance

Well, one for starters: There is no actual copyrighted content, except for maybe the Minecraft textures (Which Notch gave Mikolaj permission to use). And of course, Valve saw the Black Mesa level, so this game will last a while :)

Actually now I doubt it's life time, because nothing happens anymore, you have an level editor, which is actually the only reason,I wanted to buy this game, seeing what sick twisted minds could create, but it's been a while and I mean a WHILE since there was any new content,I don't know if it is because nobody uploaded anything to this anymore,or because the developer is lazy or because the audience isn't that big. (I still guess, that this game got spotted so fast because of pewdiepie, which isn't a bad thing if it get's reconized by sombody but I think it was just a "fan vote" to this game and nothing else, but I'm not really sure about that,I just wonder how many voted for this before seeing it anywhere but on steam?)
McPixel...is probably dead.
