This game is extremely bland . . you will very likely at no point feel challanged by any of it's 'puzzles'. Most of the times you are just repeating the same steps with every single block. Where a level would take me longer than a minute or two, it was because at times you had to use the blocks in a specific order, making for extremely tedious iteration. Only nearing the end does the game actuelly through some fun new mechanics at you, but still fails completley in using these mechanics to their potential, offering only more bland platforming. .
The jolly britisch voice exists purely to give some live to the game, and although it might succeed in pulling you in to even symphatise for these geometrical obscurities, the many failed attempts at humor and wit will at times just make you cringe. . I'm sure some of you will stand up for the game because of it's 'artistic' nature, but believe me: that novelty wears of very quickly, wich is suprising considering the game is not even more than 2 hours in length.
One of the worst flaws though are the many bugs that I encountered. How is it that a simple game such as this has overlooping music tracks when I go to the next chapter? And don't think that this was a rare occurance that I could simply pass off as a minor issue in code . . It happend to me every single time!
Really just an all round disappointment, and I am simply stunned by the number of positive reviews and well respected curators recomending this title. Please be able to see past it's hipster exteriour and buy yourself a decent puzzle platformer.. There's plenty!
