When anticipation is hit by reality
Really, the trailer of the game looked fantastic, as well as the screenshots. I was anticipating this game and of course I bought it. I am a fan of the Sci-Fi Genre.
Probably for some of you, this game still is magnificient. But sadly not for all of us, again has a developer failed to program a game in a way that you can play a game "barrier-free", that is without endless patching, crashing and researching every possible nook and cranny to get the game running.
Sorry Devs, but I do have to give you a negative recomendation for this game. The premature praise given by some won't be useful, because the game is sloppy designed, badly programmed and has a lousy support. Releasing a game that requires heavy patchwork and of course "edited" finetuning into cofiguration files and/or other obstacles is no solid handiwork. It's just lousy, and of course unfair business practice, towards customer and of course even more towards potential customers.
I can't say too much about the game, because it crashed quite regulary - which in this case is no fun at all. And no, It's not the GA or SA that's causing troubles. It's because the game wasn't sufficiently tested and of course put into a wider range of supported Hard- and Software configurations.
Not a recomendable game at all, the frustration level will be brought down to a new all time low. Buyer Beware!
