Post your issue and PC Specs In This Thread
Thank you to those of you who have been sharing your dxdiag and outlog files with us. The more information we can gather, the more help it is for the team to pinpoint what the issue is and how to fix it.

I am creating this thread specifically for the sharing of this information; to have one spot the devs can go to see the exact issues and the specs of the machines having those issues.

When posting to this thread please include the following:
* Details surrounding the issue (When did it crash? What happened just before the crash? What happened after the crash? What level was your character? What Sector were you in? The more specific you are in the details, the more information they have to narrow down and fix the issue.

* Run dxdiag on your PC. Post relevant specs (Operating System, Language, Processor, Memory, DirectX Version, Graphics Card, Current Display Mode)

The two links you have seen pop up in some of the threads here (and below) that direct you to steam support threads are only to help you troubleshoot your problems as some issues may be Steam related and have been addressed in those forums:

We understand your frustration and want to do all we can to get you back up and gaming again.

Hello there,

I am stuck in the R2D2 sector, much like Bill Murray in Groundhog's Day : I can't leave. If I try to use the Navigator while in online mode, I get a "Connection Lost" error and the game freezes. If I try the same sector in offline mode, when I die, the game freezes.

I am a Level 6 Junior Packing Mule, running version 1.0.5, and here are the dxdiag stats :

Hey there. It seems to me that every time the game brings up the stats screen it crashes. I've seen it once (in the tutorial sector) but since then it's just been a freeze that I need to ctrl-alt-del out of. Any help in fixing this issue would be great, since I'm supposed to be reviewing the game and I'm on a bit of a deadline, but it hardly seems fair to judge it in the current state.

Hey guys, thanks for the posts! These have really helped our devs fix the issues and as of today there is a new patch which should address these very issues! Please contact support@digitaltribegames.com if you have any further problems after the patch!

Day 2 in Origo I, in Online mode. After grabbing the Sector Pass and trying to use it, I instantly get Connection Lost and am asked to log back in. Because of this, I've been unable to make any progress at all in Online mode. I've tried this about six times and it happens each time like clockwork. I've even tried running Steam as an Administrator and still this happens.

Here is my output_log: http://pastebin.com/bycQt2e0

Status Screen Only Shows Description for Mediocre Bottle Rocket.
From start screen
2) View status
3) Go to Promotions and back out
4) Now the item description is locked on Mediocre Bottle Rocket
5) Back out to the start screen resets this and I can repeat it without resetting the game.

Hello there.
My problem is that game always freezes on black screen at start right after "Get ready for some serious brew" screen. Game version is 1.0.5, just bought. I tried to turn Steam overlay off, turn some programs off, but it didn't work.

Kind of solved. My firewall blocked access to the Internet. But still it is strange that game doesn't even inform me about connection issues. Well, anyway, now it's working and gameplay is truly awesome. Thank you for this!

Just bought the game. The game launch with Brewing Steam intro and it's black screen after that. I've tried re-installing Steam and the game but nothing works. Please help.

I get the same thing in MOST of my games. I die, the game freezes for about a minute, and then I get 'connection lost." When I log back in, I have made ZERO progress because of the disconnect. It's hard to want to play when this keeps happening.

I've got a more minor issue. I have two monitors, and often when I click (to fire or drill), the screen minimizes and I'm back at the desktop. I believe it's because windows thinks I'm clicking on the second monitor desktop. Very frustrating.
