Achievements not unlocking

So I just beat the game, and it didn't unlock any achievements for me. I was playing for a considerably long amount of time, if that helps. Playing on Nephilim difficulty. I unlocked every achievement I got prior to playing today, but everything after that, no dice. Is there any way to get these achievements back, or will I just have to play through the game again to get them? (not that big of a deal, seeing as how I've already played it three times on pirated version (because who wants to buy a game twice? Got steam edition in a bundle xD) and twice on ps3 before that).

odd. try verifying game cache before you replay the game again lol

I think I know why. I think skipping cutscenes doesn't give them to you. Although, I randomly got the one for beating the game on any difficulty Nephilim or below while I beat the second mission on Son of Sparda difficulty.
