When to Spray and Fertilize
As the title says what order are you supposed to plow---->harvest. I have been doing plow/fertilize/cultivate/seed/spray/harvest. am i doing this correct?

Plowing is only necessary if it has never been worked before. Even if you buy a new plot of land, you won't need to plow it. Only if you convert grass to farmland do you need to plow.

The order is:

1. plow (if necessary)
2. cultivate
3. seed
4. fertilize OR spray
5. harvest

ahh so fertalizing and spraying does not do anything extra? what about manure/slurry?

All three do the same thing, just use a different 'ingredient' if you like.

you can use the sprayer at any time after a crop is harvested. i even followed the harvester, spraying over all the hay piles.
as soon as you cultivate it just clears the lot, and the ground is still the dark colour anyway - representing sprayed ground

I'm sure you have to spray after you've sowed though, i was watching a lets play on youtube and the guy sprayed before sowing and had a really bad yield.

Fertilize the seeds or youth plant?

Anyone test fertilizing more than one time during growth for increase yields?
