If only they were in the US/Canada as well. Its quite unfortunate that the dedi software isnt linux based. Because it runs on windows only, most game hosting providers will not be selling servers for FS2013. Reason being is because licensing and server resource usage makes it unprofitable when its run on a windows based system. Its really quite a shame. Hopefully eventually there will be a linux port or something. Heck, maybe the software will run through WINE, just have to wait and see I guess :/

u cant run the server with a steam version of the game.

They did say though that if the software takes off that they would eventually develop a Linux version.

The Dedicated Software and Game are separate because some users already have multiple FS13 games and can use a spare on a Server. So we did not want to charge 50 Euro (Combopackage including the game) when they already have a spare game they can install on the server.
