Can u sell hay anywhere, and how does multiplayer work,

if you want to sell the hay in vrac and they are not in bale you can use a mod like this one :

just need to put the building somewhere on your maps...,

for the multiplayer, look when you start the game, you have the multiplayer button, click on it, click until you arrive in a place they give you option for rejoin a game or create one, choose rejoin a game if you want to play on the map of an other player or create if you want to make the other be able to rejoin your game on your map, if you choose rejoin a game you will have other option like international, europeen, and Deutchland, choose the one you want, but try to choose one they are neer of you,

in the next windows, you will be able to view the game they are in this place, the filter by default make you view only the game they are in the same language thant you, if you view a lock hightlight beside the game you need a password to rejoin her, more of the time it's because the people play only with her friend, so choose a game the lock are not enable, sometime it's possible the people don't let's you having acces to her game, so try an another, but make sure the line are highlighted, because when the line are gray, it's because you have not the same mods of her and they miss you some mod to play on her game, when you will find one good and they are highlighted, and they accept you, you will rejoin her game like if you begin a new game in solo,

Now, in this game, you don't make any money, the money are used by the player they have make the game, they can give you money, but it's not giving big thing because usually even if it's her they buys the tool or the tractor, you can use all the thing because all the people on the game work together..., it's all,

for making a game for internet, i have not trying for now, so, i don't know...

What about in the new American map that comes default with the Titanium editon? Is there a sell point there?
