Selling milk?
Do you use the water tank to gather it and sell it somewhere? I'm a little lost on this.

I believe it is sold automatically at 7 and 7 each day. You don't have to do any outside work to transport or sell it, from what I understand anyways.

Is there a certain limit to when it starts selling? I haven't noticed an increase in cash/decrease in milk in storage at all.

Nevermind.....I see that you sell only around 100-150 liters every morning/evening at 7/7. So it's probably not worth it to have more than 5 cows?

Don't quote me on it, but I believe each cow can produce 20 liters per day. 10 cows might get you close to full during both milk pickups. They do produce liquid and solid manure; more cows results in more manure. Once you have several fields that need fertilization you will find that they can save you alot on fertilizer costs.

I have 60 cows on my farm.....using mixed rations.....which made from a feeder, from hay, straw and silage, i get about 15k in milk every 12 hours in the game.......which nets me about $20k every 12 hoursIf you want to get the best out of the milk, more cows more milk.....but you need to feed them right to get the best out of them.......make the mixed rations asap......best formula i have found is 30-34% silage, one hay bale (square or round doesnt matter) and same goes for the straw

The more cows the more liters made. 5 is nothing. Try 500+ cows and then watch as the milk man picks up hundreds of thousands of liters of milk twice a day.

It can save alot of fertilizer, but you can use a sprayer for the same results, faster.

I hear rumors however, that home-made slurry/manure might increase the yield beyond what a sprayer/ non-homemade fertilizer can do in the near future. Hoping to hear some more about it soon, but for now, I reccomend the cheap sprayer (covers most fields fairly quickly), with the spare tank on the front. As of right now, it's the most efficient speed-wise, though not so much cost-wise (as you have to pay for the spray, even though it doesn't cost very much).

However, that's with the base game, if you download the big slurry truck, it becomes WAY more efficient to do that.
