Well, best one I've seen so far and still use is a Ford F-350

With out a doubt, the F-350 is the best pickup out there IMO. But there are a couple of things you need to do to it. When driving, it always sounds like it's idling. If you check the support topic below the download at FS-UK, ther you will find the correct sound files & how to install them(well worth it). Second, you need to add a semi attacher joint to xml folder to use the 5th wheel. With that said, still the best truck out there.

Theres also a Dodge Ram out there somewhere that is'nt to bad. Problem is when you start it dies & you have to restart it. this gets kinda old fast. Typical Dodge, probably a crank sensor.

The only thing I can think of is that you have a security setting that prevents you from downloading a self-running .exe file since this file is self-installing.
You could try a manual install version from another site and see if that works.

could any of you guys convert the dodge trucks and the lowboy gooseneck and fith wheel,the case 70xt scid tseer and a cat exivater from 2011 to2013 cus i cant doanload anything that is for 2011( just if it is not to much truble)(from fs-uk)

Ya, well the reason your having problems is that FS2011 models need to converted to FS2013 to work.

And there's a bunch more you can find links for at any of those websites.
I try to avoid websites that just post re-links to other sites, or any of the ones with a bunch of misleading download buttons everywhere. hehe

As for asking people to mod a particular existing mod it's against the rules, unless that person is the one who made the mod or has the permission to do so.
Of course, if you know how to do it yourself you can mod things for your personal use, and even then I'd check to see if the author allows it.

i have one too, but i don't know if it's the same but it's the same name and the same color, but even if all the thing work, they create bad link in the option menu command in my test, i have not look big but they miss more thing in the moddesc.xml file, i have not trying to correct it for now, it's ask some work..., but anyway i have not all tested but they seem working well anyway...

Sorry about that, forgot it doesn't work with the white F-350 as is, but at the support site it tells you to add a line to the F-350s .xml file.
