DLC in Steam?
I noticed there is free DLC on the official website. Is it possible to use it in Steam?

Just download it from the official website and move it to the mods folder.

It's an .EXE file though. That still works as a mod? I have never seen mods that were executables.

I'm pretty sure all the official DLCs at the Farming Simulator 2013 website are self-installing .exe files. They worked perfectly for me and they put things where they were supposed to go, with my Steam game version and running Windows 7.

DLCs-Mods from community sites are a different thing though. They usually come as .zip files or .rar files, and most .zips can just be placed as is directly to your mods folder, while .rar files will need to be unpackaged, then put the compressed .zip in your mod folder. Double check them though because sometimes each item in the .zip file need to be installed individually.
