Far Cry 3: Secrets?

Around the area of X:811.4 Y:813.7 and X:806.2 Y:811.9

their is some weird things, blue ambient light inside of a building you cant get into, a tower that isnt marked on the map, behind a building "without music" you hear super Erie ambient sounds and the shaders all turn dark, and a graphical HOLE behind a fence you cannot reach. ontop of a cement ledge, their is a pathway around X:806.2 Y:811.9, that pathway becomes super small but still able to walk across when you turn the corner on the cement ledge, at the end you will be in a corner of a fence and a metal sheeting wall of a big building *where you kill Vaas*. beside you to the left is the Graphical Hole.

If anyone can figure out how to get in please reply. So many weird things in this game, signs, paintings, people etc that make this game really sketchy!
