When I check the integrity of game cache, that message shows up,
And the download for the missing file begins everytime over and over.
Am i the only one with this issue? Is there a fix for this??

The file that doesn't validate is the encrypted DRM which can't be identified as ok by the validation program due to it being unique and encrypted. Its not a problem and occurs with a lot of games

I have the same problem but on top of that whenever I go to the window that dispplays my cd key it just states requesting key.

Yes, I am getting that file missing also, I do not know what it is but it's not making any problems so far.

There is no fix for this because it's part of Steam's "Digital rights management(DRM)"[en.wikipedia.org] and it happens with every game on Steam.

Launch the game from steam, then on Uplay, change it to offline mode.
Launch Farcry 3. Have fun.
i have tried and tested it 3 times now. Worked all 3 times, even if kills your ability to get uplay points from FC3.

It's the damn file libcef.dll, and ubisoft + valve is too busy with bathing in money and too ingorant to fix even the smallest problems unless some f*cking celebrity status person says it is not working or it is bugged, so I think we will be stuck here

if i added everyone that wanted to ask me a question my freinds list would be a mile long .. whats your question ?

So this cant be fixed? I tried everything suggested, Running as admin etc. etc. if i run it on steam uplay doenst even open without me opening it manually... And if i start it, steam sais im playin farcry3 , then nothing happenes and like a few secs later it goes back to "online" nothing happened...

And if i let it repair the ♥♥♥♥ its the same as people already said, it downloads 1 file and it still doenst work...
