Do you get crashes at all on that resolution? Im trying to figure out why I cant run at 1920x1080 for more than 8-10mins. Temps are fine, stock clocks on my 7950 (but it still happens even when OC'ed). I can run 1600x900 all day, even on Ultra. But it just looks better on 1920x1080...plus, its my native res and thats what my windows desktop runs at.
However...
I did have an issue with Far Cry 3 crashing when using the 7950 at overclock settings previously. I updated to the latest driver and the issues went away. Either check for a Catalyst update or do a clean re-installation of your GPU drivers.
My model is an MSI 7950 Twin Frozr III Boost Edition, BTW. Plays FC3 beautifully at 1065/1500 clocks.
