Flying Planes Level
Any tips to flying a plane level with the horizon? My pitch angle is always several degrees above my prograde vector, and I usually have to be ascending to prevent falling out of the sky, what can I do?

A screenshot of your plane showing CoM, CoT and CoL would help, as well as specifying any mods you're using.

Increase the Angle of Attack of your wings: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angle_of_attack

In short, you want your wings to be pointing slightly downwards with their back end

Otherwise, if this worsens after a while while flying, it could also be related to fuel consumption shifting the center of mass around

Thanks Just a Zero, I'll try that out later.

My tip is to try using the trim controls (Alt + WASD) to adjust your plane's pitch while the controls are at rest. With Alt + S you should be able to gently raise the pitch control (look at the indicators bottom left) until your plane stays at the desired angle without the need to press any buttons. Keep SAS off while using trim controls or it will fight the trimming effect.

While your instinct might be to want a level angle of attack, it does more than force you to aim above your prograde. Notably, it affects how your plane behaves while taking off and landing. A slightly positive angle of attack is usually preferred. It makes the plane take off easily as it picks up speed. As a downside, it causes a plane to often bounce when landing, as the angle makes the plane almost take off again.
