SPEED BUG
This thing was traveling at 3000m/s then suddenly :

Also the kerbol system is gone :/

looks like you did something to make the physics cry, and that launched your capsule. Did you do anything just before it launched? Any sort of physics glitch?

No just vanilla ksp with no mods and no cheats

But i just terminated the flight & restarted KSP now everything works fine^^

That's just a rare glitch I've had that happen once in almost 1000hours of gameplay. what probably happened is that something broke on your craft and it just shot out of the system (that's why you couldn't see kerbin etc).
