Fuzzy Graphics

Whenever I am at the space center on the outside (during game loading/ first time in world) the graphics get really fuzzy, this does not decrease when I enter a building, but does when I am in Flight. I am running the game on high graphics settings and have adjusted them to see if it would go away. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Taking a guess... Go check your options again, make sure you're using full textures not half. Also if you're using antialiasing try a few different options.

Or better yet, post a screenshot so we can see it.

I turned off anti aliasing and it mosly went away in the buildings, but increased during flight. I uploaded a screenshot of my game settings
