Black Screen when launching game! Help!

When I launch the game from steam, directly from the game files, or through nVidia center I get the same black screen. The game used to work but not anymore. Anyone have ideas as to why this is happening? I sent a request to tech support but they just told me to turn off my Game DVR which did nothing to help.

Same thing happened to me. i tried to delete it from one drive and re-download it to another with more room and all i get is a black screen. i have downloaded 3 (about to be 4) times
