So where is the dlc?
RedLynx said during the beta that the 2 dlc's, along with the preoder content would come at the release of the game. I have the preorder content but none of the dlc, what gives???

Hello CookindPanda,

We didn't state that the Trials Evolution DLC would be available at the launch of Trials Evolution Gold Edition, could you please let me know where you saw that?

They are all under "Full Outfit"

I asked Ubisoft, and they told me it would be here at launch, which it is, as I said, it is under Full Outfits within the Garage.

Hello Cooking Panda,

To expand on what was already said, we have never announced that any of the expansion pack DLC for Trials HD or Trials Evolution, like Big Thrills or Riders of Doom, would be available. It is possible what you were told as "DLC" refers to the downloadable content are the rider outfits and custom bikes.

From the store page, "Trials Evolution: Gold Edition will contain all the content of the original." If it was just going to be the base game why include a line like this? Of course the game is the game. If you had no intention of including the dlcs (downloadable content) then the language you used to advertise the game is either vague or misleading. At least amend the description on the storefront.

I don't see how that's vague or misleading personally. The DLC packs aren't part of the "content of the original." They were added material which people could later buy, not an integral part of the original game, which IS the base game.

I too was under the impression that the DLCs were included and was very disappointed to find out they weren't there after I had bought the game. I could've sworn I read somewhere the DLCs were infact included in the so called "Gold Edition"... "/

Same here as well I specifically remember reading at multiple places stating that the Gold Edition coming to PC would including all Trials content from HD and Evolution.

Gold Edition also is industry standard terminolgy for "all inclusive version". This seems like false advertising. Thanks for saving me the money OP. I'll buy this but when they actually decide to put all the content on steam.

Exactly. You don't make a "golden edition" unless it includes most if not all major content. You see games marketed as some sort of edition and they generally include the big DLCs. Things like fallout 3 & new vegas, Borderlands, or the upcoming Skyrim. My experience has told me if a game has been re-released with the words "edition", it generally contains some major DLCs.

The outfits are under "Full Outfits" and the bike is under "Complete Makeover" I'm unsure if you have to be a certian distance in the game to see them, I have 74 medals total.

Trials Evolution Gold Edition contains everything from the XBLA versions of Trials HD and Trials Evolution, the inclusion on Trials HD content makes it more than just Trials Evolution. It was certainly never our intention to trick players into thinking that Trials Evolution Gold Edition includes the DLCs released for XBLA versions of the 2 titles.
Narsuaq May 10, 2013 @ 9:47am
I know it wasn't and I appreciate that, but a lot of people got the idea that the DLCs were included by the way it the description was written and the fact it was marketed as the "Gold Edition". You can certainly see where we are coming from. I would never have bought this game if I had known the DLCs weren't included because I already have the base game on the Xbox 360. "/

And to be fair, that line stating "all of the content from the XBLA version will be included" really does sound misleading.

tbf, I thought it would come with all DLC as well when I preordered it, cause of that sentence.
