Also whats the difference btwn. the original Quake III Arena on CD compared to this ?

Are the graphics improved or the same as original ?

Everything it's the same but i don't know if the painkeep mod would work with the steam version but since the cd version and the steam version are exactly the same then that mod should work so just try it
