I bought hl2 when it just came out and now many moons later would love to re-install it and play again. In the mean time I have a new Steam account and can't access my old account and would like to get in contact with Steam support. Please help!!!!!!!!

That is because you are not using the same account you created when you bought HL2. I was inactive for four years and still able to recover my account info and play everything that I had bought. Btw, click Help in the upper left hand corner and click Steam Support.

thx Mok, I have done that and support says that it sent an e-mail to my old account but yahoo won't let me re-open my old account. If I send them a foto of hl2's product code can activate it on this new account??
