Need help figuring out what the letters stand for in this halflife2 graffiti

The letters are russian, bulgarian, or dutch, in russian they say DJEI, the oranges and the lemons are a nod to the nursery rhime oranges and lemons, that was in the novel, nineteen eighty four, that half-life 2 drew alot of inspiration from.
