Hey guys, I'm getting lag whenver I'm turning around, I did everything, windowed, low resolution, lowes settings but nothing helps, any ideas?

Hey dude, have you tried Fraps to check the frame rate? Also I found using vsync helped. I assume your PC specs are high enough. Otherwise, I feel sorry for ya, cause this game is awesome!

Yeah, my PC can handle it on highest settings, just whenever I turn to the right or left with my mouse I get lag. When moving forward, backwards, looking up etc... It's fine.

I dunno if it's the same thing, but I was getting a problem with some slight jerkyness when I moved the mouse a while back. Try fiddling with vsync, and also try disabling multicore rendering if it isn't already. Solved my problem. Might not be the same issue, of course, but maybe worth a shot.
